Does this get rid of armpit odor? I see it is antibacterial, I have odor that deodorant doesn’t solve, I smell bad when stepping out of the shower.

You & me both!!! I have discovered a combination of antibacterial soaps/body washes alongside dabbing my armpits with alcohol on cotton balls helps a TON!!! I shower everyday, sometimes twice a day because gym life. Shirts you wear regularly + daily activity just build up a pool of bacteria in your favorite clothes. 2x that if you suffer anxiety sweat or live outdoors during the hot summers. Nothing more frustrating than knowing you take beyond regular showers & sometimes armpit stench doesn’t go away. Use 70% alcohol as needed (1-2 times monthly/no more than once a week) on a cotton ball for your armpits after a shower to curb bacteria growth. This alone should be enough to solve the issue.

It would also help to avoid deodorants with aluminum in it. It’s bad for women anyway, and sometimes it’s the very things that swear they stop odor end up making the issue worse. There’s a really nice deodorant from Old Spice (crazy I know) that’s aluminum free Lavender & Mint, and it smells so nice. It won’t help sweating much, but armpits certainly smell a lot better & I no longer have that “fungi” bacterial smell going on since I’ve switched. Good luck!

Can you ise this as a body wash?

Yes, it’s a fantastic body wash. Nice lather, even in hard water, and a nice clean fragrance. Very refreshing, and makes you feel clean.

What is the scent? Is it the same or similar to any of the other body washes?

It kind of smells like Ivory body wash to me! Very light, sort of floral but not overbearing, I love this body wash!

Does this help with dark spots on the back?

I bought that from my wife, because he had a little bit of a skin problem. In the doctor recommended an                      anti-bacterial soap. I got hit with shingles a year or so ago, I don't know if you're familiar with it but is it really bad situation. using attacks, a certain part of the body, I got mine in the back of my head, horrible.
it could just drive you crazy and it pains very itchy almost two years later he still had a problem it subsided, but a pain. I decided to use that on my back in my head you, because it was still itchy. I did meet with some success. as far as your back goes. it might work, if it doesn't work at least, you still got some nice soap 
one thing I've learned you gotta keep trying until you sound like it.
