If you will be using this for an outdoor propane unit, DO NOT BOTHER USING THE REGUATOR THAT CAME WITH IT!!!! You will be disappointed with the ridiculously low flame, if it even lights. Just search for "Propane gas regulator" and you'll see a thousand different ones with a RED (No other color cuz that's high pressure) adjustment knob attached to a braided hose. You will have to get a 1/2" NPT collar to attach to the stove (where supplied regulator should go) then screw the brass flare fitting to it. Attach the hose to that and the propane bottle and slowly turn the RED knob while lighting a burner and adjust your desired flame from there. You can boil crabs on this thing. Holy hell, I was about to throw this into the garbage until I figured this out! You're Welcome!!!

So far so good. Seems to work well and easy to clean. It was easy to install and looks good. Ignites fine every time.

This cooktop replaces our very "tired" 15 year-old gas cooktop. It is so old that one of the cast iron grates is warped so the pans will not sit on it wihtout wobbling. Having the large central burner on this unit is very convenient and its wok stand makes it very versatile. I prefer this model's configuration, having the burner controls along the front feels much more natural than along the sied (like our old cooktop was designed). The stainless steel surface makes for easy cleanuo with mild cleaner and a cotton dish towel. It came set up for Natural Gas, so install is a snap. If needed, they also provide a coversion kit for Liquid Propane Gas (LPG).

I picked this up, initially, to use in a kitchen build, but I discovered that it has feet, and since it included the propane conversion kit, I'm going to get a hose adapter and use it in an outdoor kitchen build first. Once the kitchen build is up and running, I'll move it in there with natural gas. I really like the middle grate has a removable section to drop in an included wok holder. I use a hand-hammered steel wok occasionally, and love the flexibility this gives me. I really like the build on this, which feels quite good. It's very heavy duty, and feels like it will last a long time. As a former professional chef, cooking with gas is the way to go, despite what you're hearing in the news these days. Where I grew up, there were almost no electric stoves, only gas. This thing is fantastic!

This does come packaged well and I’m glad because the box looked like it’d been thrown around too much!! But to my surprise once I got it out and throughly examined it, perfect. This is a really nice gas cooktop and I’ve had a few over the years. This is by far the best looking one. It works great and makes some of the best tasting steaks ever!! It heats up very quick and evenly. I’d highly recommend!! A+
