Please don't ever change the way that you're making this green because it's one of the only grains literally on Earth that I can have. Thank you so much for keeping it organic and true. I can't digest anything else in this point in my life and I'm even gluten intolerant and I can handle small amounts of baked goods with this wonderful beautiful delicious grain! Im so grateful 🙏

This is the only reasonably priced & easily accessible flour I managed to find that’s truly glyphosate free. Just saying something is glyphosate free doesn’t actually mean anything (just like Organic), however if it has a Glyphosate Residue Free certification it means the product has been third-party tested and confirmed to have no detectable levels (often down to 0.01 ppm or 10 ppb) of the herbicide glyphosate. Really cool stuff 😊 Aside from that the flour is great, used it to make bread, banana bread, cookies etc. and they all turned out great!

As a physician I recommend this whole heartedly. I do not have celiac but am sensitive to it, our bodies are not designed to eat the changes in modern wheat. This is a must, your body and joints will thank you.

Love the flour, but this is the second time it’s arrived punctured during shipping. It was packed with other items in the box and spilled over everything. The product itself is great, but the packaging really needs to be more durable. Photo shows some of the flour spilled inside the bottom of the box
