Buyer Beware
The material is cheap and the pattern not what's pictured (different colors). Bought as a gift and was too embarrassed to give. Requested a refund and tried to contact the seller with zero response. Buyer beware!!

I'm very disappointed because she was so happy with it's cute print
All the straps broke off in less than a month. My daughter is in kindergarten and only carried a small paper folder for her drawings. Nothing heavy. I'm very disappointed because she was so happy with it's cute print. Quality of the canvas was nice and thick. However... Terrible craftsmanship.Update:After talking to the company, they have refunded me for part of the purchase. Since the other bags were ok for now, we are happy that the compensated for the main book bag.

Backpack zipper broke upon opening. It does not look like pictured the print is painted on and not crisp. It is overall cheep quality and there is another listing by different company for same backpack and it is 16.99 instead of 29.99. I would not have bought it if my daughter hadn't been set on it. It was a lesson for her but now she is disappointed anyways. Bummer.

Zipper pull tabs broke after one use!
I’m so disappointed! I ordered this early to get ready for back to school. The first day of school (August 22nd) the zipper pull tab broke! I reattached it and it came off again. Along with the two other zipper pull tabs. I logged on to amazon today to return it and I’m past my return date. What a bummer. The fabric is high quality but it’s no good if we can’t open and close the bag. Also, the top hook where the back pack hangs is NOT the same as pictured. It’s a fine hook but not the same. The brand name looks different also from the photos pictured.

These are great. I love the print and like that the inside of all bags are a slick plastic material. Easy to clean/wipe out from spills

Terrible quality overall
Terrible quality overall. The zippers broke everyday the first week of school, even after we fixed them and used strong pulls.The lunchbox is more purse/handbag like. It isn't insulated. Too bad I ordered this way in advance of first week of school, so I'm stuck with a broken backpack that I couldn't return. Awful.
