Why it doesn't work when I connect the monitor with my device by my own USB-C to USB-C cable?

Please confirm the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. There're two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (our original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

Is this monitor compatible with Switch/Switch 2?

1. It is compatible with the original Switch. 2. It is NOT compatible with the new Switch 2 via the USB-C cable connection. Please connect the monitor to the HDMI port on the Switch 2's dock to get the display signal.
