It may be because my hair is very porous, but it didn’t take a lot of the color. It did lift my dark roots. My hair is collarbone length so I used two boxes. I’ll wait a couple days and then color it again in hopes that it’ll be more cooper red. I usually use a direct dye but they can be less even on my hair.
