12インチ(約30センチ)はかなり大きめで、重さもありますが、その分一度にたくさん調理できてとても便利です。 火の通りが良く、これで焼いた鶏もも肉は皮がパリッと中はジューシー！本当に最高の仕上がりでした。 アウトドアや家族分の料理にもぴったりで、買ってよかったと思える一品です。

Very heavy and good quality.

I love using this cast iron skillet when cooking especially if I'm cooking steak or any kid of meats. Unfortunately, If you don't oil it correctly the food will stick and it will be a pain in the butt to clean it. I have to oil it constantly while the fire is on and smoke going everywhere. If I don't oil it properly one time and I use it to cook, when it's time to clean it I have to add salt and scrub it with paper towels until it's nice and clean. Since we don't have an oven I can't place it in the oven with oil I have to do it on the stove top. Again, love this pan when it works and it's oiled perfectly because the food won't stick. However, if you don't oil up correctly and the food sticks now you're stuck cleaning it and you can't use dish soap on it.

Very big pan. Good heat distribution. Perfect for searing steaks and other meats. Difficult to clean like all cast irons

重たい？あたりまえ。軽かったら炭の中にぶち込んだら曲がるし。 これは炭の中に突っ込んで放置しても曲がらない。 何より、黒皮が強いからガンガン洗っても平気。チャイナフライパンと違って鋼材の質が違うので黒皮がはげない。 結局、洗う時短になるし使い勝手もいい。

私は満足してますが12インチは想像以上にデカいのでビックリします 購入時は収納できるかどうか確認してからにしましょう

とにかくお肉がおいしく焼けます。 ステーキ、焼き肉、焼き鳥と万能です。 大家族向けにこのスキレットまたはマルチグリドルは必携かなと思いまして、オススメの一品です(^^)

料理人ですが、皆一旦低温調理を経験するがやはり肉焼きの楽しさと言う点でキャストアイアンに戻ってくる。 30センチくらいあるといわゆるプラックとして業務で使える。
