Good quality
The packaging was fine. I have reordered this item and the size was right for the time taken to use the contents. I add the power to different meals during the day and it is readily absorbed without leaving an aftertaste. It retains its consistency, even after it has been opened.

very good, low calores and high fibre. tastless and easily mixed in whatever you ike. very good complement to a diet to get extra fibre easily.

Easy way to add fibre
A great way to add a little more fibre to the diet. It mixes well in water and the insoluble parts don't clump. It doesn't have a strong or unpleasant taste. You do need to drink it on it's own with a large glass of water, I initially tried mixing it with my protein shake in water and it caused constipation.
