Excellent product with a strong dosage I take one of these with magnesium before bed and the quality of sleep is exceptional. Even if I do happen to wake up during the night it is easy to fall back to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Will definitely continue to buy this product 👍👍

Good for belly fat

With a mustard seed of faith and this supplement I had the best rest I’ve ever had. Day 1 yes but felt the need to post. I’ll keep updating review but I would definitely recommend. I was nervous because of interactions with medications but I took it 1 hour before my medication. No side effects and I felt calm the morning after too, like weight is off my anxiety. This is so great. God is good! Bonus for being coming in softgels as well.
