Driver wanted for good jeep trip
People saying cheap plastic..,nope. Very good heavy plastic and seems exactly like what we had as kids in early 70s. Pretty hard to ruin these unless they get stomped really hard and bend axles. There are really no pieces to break off. These are good and sturdy. So....used these things are price gouged by all sellers. I would rather have reissues in perfect shape than scratched up, rusty old ones for twice the price. Are they worth 20? Imo, yes. I would rather have had three at that price but this is what you get. Two identical jeeps, two identical anti aircraft guns and stickers for jeeps. Both are great quality. Atleast ONE driver and four or five soldiers would make this a great deal. No brand I have fits in the seat behind steering wheel correctly. I could be wrong but I believe you would need an MPC sitting soldier and that MIGHT fit. I have put a picture with various soldier sizes....BMC, BMC 60s Soldier, Tim Mee, original MPC and one from a 10 dollar bucket. The one not sitting correctly to drive is close as I have and that is BMC 60s soldier reissue. I dont remember anyone driving these but me as a kid anyway. I put a picture with a decent quality Tim Mee tank knock off to show scale. These would make a kid or adult happy.

Army Green Artillery
I bought these to use with my 54mm modern army for Little Modern Wars garden wargaming because every army needs artillery. These are pretty much how I remember them being when I was a kid, when the wargame rules consisted of setting up your army and taking turns bouncing a Super Ball back and forth to see how many enemy soldiers you could knock down. The rules and tactics today might be more developed than that, but the goal is still the same: have fun playing army. These are reasonably in scale for 54mm soldiers and are detailed enough to make them look good on the battlefield. They are the same high quality that you can expect from Tim Mee and made in the USA.

with the cool ol' stickers we remember from our childhood
Your Army is ready to attack, but you have to be ready to move fast and get the artillery into position over ruff terrain..Your soldiers are on the ready, but even they can't move those big guns..What do you do?? Call up Tim Mee head quarters and tell them send down those new jeeps you've been hearing so much about. That's the ticket.... Now back to reality.. These are well made ,smooth rolling ,with the cool ol' stickers we remember from our childhood.Great addition to your fun childhood memories. They look great along side your tanks..

Grandson loves these!
I bought these for my grandson he loves everything military! We have bought other TimMee products, and they are his favorite. One thing though the hitch on the back of the jeep so you can attach the gun isn't that sturdy, lol. My grandson broke it immediately, he said it was okay because he still had another one that worked, he's 4.

flexible plastic with sturdy metal axles connecting each pair of wheels
Blast from the past! The jeep and cannon I remember from endless hours of childhood play are now available in tan. These toys are made of heavy, flexible plastic with sturdy metal axles connecting each pair of wheels. The quality is excellent: the casting is smooth, the color even, and there is little or no flash left on the plastic pieces from the molding process. The stickers are well-printed, crisply cut, and backed with an appropriately permanent adhesive. J. Lloyd has done themselves proud with their new production of these timeless toys. A+++!
