Q: I'm confused. the title says 14 kt gold over sterling silver, but the chart/graph says the metal composition is brass. brass is not nickle free.

I’ve got horrific nickel and fake jewelry allergies and I don’t react to these ; I hope that helps . I love these earrings.

Q: What is the carat weight of each stone (or how many mm wide is each stone)?

These are not real stones so no carat weight. Given the super inexpensive price, actually measuring them would be a waste of time I think. But they are cute little costume pieces, well worth the price. My granddaughter loves them.

Q: Do these stay where you position them vertically or do the slide around?

They stay in position because they’re pretty tight!!
