It's too early to say if this has any positive effects on PCOS symptom management. Most supplements need to be taken for at least 3 months to leave an impression, and this bottle is a one month supply. For that reason it's not a great value, but it is a great quality. None of the pills broke inside the bottle which happens sometimes with cellulose capsules and there aren't any filler ingredients. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow, but that's what makes them 4 per serving. Neither ingredient has an odor on their own, so this just smells like a pill bottle.

This is a good supplement that is made in the research supported ratio of 40 to 1 Myo-inositol to D-Chiro Inositol. The recommended serving is 4 capsules a day, so I split 2 in the morning and 2 around dinner time. This is made in a GMP certified lab in the USA and the lab is regularly inspected by a 3rd party for quality assurance. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no dyes, no taste, no odor and all are fully filled ensuring the same dose each time.
