Im so happy i bought this book! My learning style is through reading. I love how it is designed by the writers and translators. Great practice for those who wants to increase their Japanese and English vocabulary. The stories are written in Japanese but there's no worry because as long as you can read hiragana, you can read this even though it has lots of Kanji (they put furigana on the Kanji). Not only your vocabs can increase, but also your Kanji writing. On the page is the translation in English. All i can say is, i love it!

This book is awesome!On the left page you can read the story in English, and on the right page you can read the story in Japanese. After each story there's a vocabulary list and some notes from the translator! Such an amazing book, I love it!

very good job by the authors, detailed and perceptive. Especially good is the fact that for every story the furigana appears only once, at the first time of appearance of each word. Then, one can keep adding by a pencil for repeated words, which helps to learn the kanji.

This book is perfect for Japanese language learners. The notes help you understand grammar and the CD improves your listening ability and reading ability.
