Complaint Regarding WHOOP 5.0 / WHOOP Activity Tracker โ 12โMonth Membership Since the day I purchased the WHOOP 5.0 Activity Tracker with the 12โmonth membership, I have consistently experienced issues with the device disconnecting from the application. The product does not perform anywhere near what is shown in the marketing videos on social media. Based on my experience, the device has not met my expectations in terms of reliability or performance. I am disappointed with what feels like a faulty and unreliable product. I request that this issue be addressed promptly, as the device has not delivered the quality or functionality that was advertised.

Failure to provide subscription
Update: Support advised to unpair and reconnect the band. After that app recognised Life Subscription for a year and works fine. Overall it's ok, but taking a star off for the process. Original review --------------------------- When using the device app doesn't recognize that it should come with 12 months membership and keeps asking to upgrade. Without upgrade you don't get the features. So you will spend a lot of time and effort sorting it out of with support

Bybwearing this product 24ร7 youbare exposing yourself with unneccesary radiation and skin issues. I wore it for 3 months and I can see issues on my wrist. Here there is no option to attached pictures otherwise I would have done so.
