到着してから約1週間後やっと箱から取り出して…早速充電完了‼︎ 室内でペアリングして動作確認後 外で走らせようとスイッチをオンに… しばらくオン、オフを繰り返すも… 以後、どうにも動いてくれません。

充電ケーブルの接触不良により充電ができません。 またハンドル操作が壊れているため前後のみしか動きません。 息子の残念な顔が可哀想で仕方ありません。 交換希望ですが返品しか出来ないみたいなので、どうにかなりませんか？ 1/19追記 ショップ様より連絡があり誠意ある対応で最終的に気持ち良くお取り引き出来ました。 ありがとうございました。
