I can say that I definitely feel better since I've started taking these
I've heard about candida cleanse products, but this is the first time that I've tried one. Mainly because other products that I looked at were not very affordable. I have digestion issues and bloating issues, so I was really hoping that this would help me. So far, so good. I waited to start these until the Friday before a long weekend. That way if I had any bathroom issues, I would be home and not at work! After 1 week, I already noticed less bloating. My stomach felt better, and I had more firm stool (TMI, I know, but someone else may be suffering with the same issues and I want to be totally honest). I am watching what I eat and trying to exercise regularly, but I've been at a plateau with my weight for a couple of months now. After a month on this supplement, I have dropped 4.5 pounds. Was it the supplement or the eating/exercising? I guess I'll never know for sure. I can say that I definitely feel better since I've started taking these. They are quite large, so if you're not good at swallowing pills that may be an issue for you. I would recommend these to anyway considering a candida cleanse.
