The media could not be loaded. Order received when estimated (today) but the product either is faulty or I’m missing a piece. I’m not able to attach the headband (as seen in my video). Additionally, there was no paper or booklet showing this was grad cap remixes product, which gave me the impression this was a knockoff and not the real thing which is why this product isn’t made correctly. Contacted seller and will update if there is a resolution/ability to get this delivered in time for my graduation.

Awful quality and just badly made. It came without instructions and doesn’t fit together.
