Upon arrival, box was heavy enough that two might be needed. Parts breakdown and pictorial instructions were very clear. Included die cast open end wrenches were replaced with good quality open end and socket wrenches from my shop. :) The vertical steel supports were installed slightly closer together (than instructions so that I could hit 32" stud spacing in the wall. THIS IS important as secure and solid wall anchor is more important than maintaining factory width spacing.I actually anchored both vertical steel suports first, then slide wooden bars into place and turned in locking screws.Overall very pleased with product quality, clear instructions and finished product.It took two of us, 2.0 hours to install. Plan ahead as we deveated slighly from the order of assembly. End results very satisfied.

I waited years to buy one and finally found a great deal on a Swedish ladder.. thank you! It was very well packaged, instructions are very easy to follow, executed very well, just be careful with the 4 replacement plates on step 1.Thank you 🙏🏼

You need to have skill to put this up. The screws came with the product wont hold this to the wall. I had to buy extra strong screws from home depot and still I dont really trust it. I see the screws falling... and I weight 120 pounds. I would like to get a refund + the cost to repair my wall... dont buy it unless you have special skills. I just use it a clothes hanger..

This was a bear to assemble. Screw holes with tolerances too tight to line up. Wall brackets that plainly don't work with 18" stud spacing as is in most homes. Backing plates are required. Worst? The screws supplied to secure the poles firmly to the frame are too short. Every one of them needs to be redone with longer bolts. When finally done, this will be a nice piece of equipment. But in my case, it's 1/3 the way to a custom build due to all the extra work and parts required.

This unit is good to go. The guy having issues has 18" wall studs? Of course he is, the standard stud spacing in the USA is 16" and that's what this unit is made for.
