今まで騙しだまし安い包丁（ダイソーｗ）を使ってたんですが、 鶏肉が全然切れなくてストレスだったので、 奮発して「関孫六」に乗り換え。 【いいところ】 鶏皮がグニョってならずにスッと切れるし、 玉ねぎの薄切りも自分が料理上手になったかと錯覚するレベル。 オールステンレスだから、持ち手との境目に汚れが溜まらないのが最高。 しかも食洗機OK。私にはこれ、一番大事。笑 【気になった点】 切れ味が良すぎて、最初は指を切りそうでビクビクしてました。笑 見た目もスタイリッシュで、とりあえず買ってよかったしかないです。笑

I did not buy it off Amazon, I received one as a gift from my friends. I can assure you that you wont be disappointed with this knife. it is very sharp and light weight, simple & elegant design, I love it so much. I see some review mentioned that their knives got rusted but mine did not. I wash and dry them right away every time. I only sharpened it once after 1.5 year, using regular sharpener stone bar, and it works like a charm again. Recommended!
