First off the body is small and compact for what it is, it's not really a pocket-sized camera but it's much smaller than your average DSLR, I probably use this thing for about 4 hours a day on average, I get high quality video and high quality photos and the quality of the camera itself is just top notch, the sound quality from the built-in microphone is decent enough but I wouldn't use that unless it was the only option, I'm not sure I can say it's a good value for the money cuz darn it a nice looking camera shouldn't have to cost this much but when you look at the price of some other cameras it's definitely a good value for the money, now when it comes the battery life I would say it's average, I wish it were a little better but most of the time I leave it plugged in so what charges the battery as I'm using it, I did the same thing with my last camera for years and it never seemed to kill the battery so hey I'm doing it with this one too so battery life is good if you're doing that, the camera works great and takes excellent video and photos so I would say it functions very well, I'm very happy with it, I would buy another one if I needed a second camera. But I've had this for about a year now and like I said I use it for about 4 hours a day as a webcam, sometimes as a regular camera and fan of it, I usually use it in 4k in my room gets pretty warm, it's off and around 80° in my room and I can remember once or twice it shut off from overheating so it doesn't really seem to have major overheating problems but if you think about it if you run it in 4k for hours and hours and hours and it only overheats occasionally in an 80° room that's not too bad so yeah, great camera

After much research, and a bit of time with a ZVE10 version 1 I decided the version 2 was the perfect little camera for my video project and personal needs. For my shooting I need to shoot wide angle video. I have also purchased the Sony 11mm 1.8f lens. This thing produces high quality photos and videos superior to the latest smart phones (I have a Samsung S24 Ultra). The version 2 has small upgrades in almost every aspect to the version 1. Both will give high quality photos and videos but for me paying the additional 50% price is worth it for these upgrades. If you are looking for a camera that produces superior video to smartphones, at a reasonable price and in a fairly compact camera body, then I recommend the Sony ZVE10II.

Coming from someone who briefly used the first model this one is actually it! I haven’t even gotten the chance to purchase Netherlands because the one that it comes with is actually pretty decent. Don’t listen to all those Youtubers telling you that it’s not good. It’s pretty decent for a lot of people starting out for sure. I absolutely love that. It switches the vertical mode automatically even though it’s a simple design it makes a huge difference for me not to mention the microphone is actually pretty decent if you ask me. I love that I can record 4K at 60 frames a second and that’s actually why I switched to this camera from the old one. Also, there’s a lot of things about the colour gambit, but I’m not very tech savvy when it comes to that so do your own research here. In summary this camera is perfect for anyone starting out or is in the middle of their YouTube or Instagram or whatever social media journey. I have yet to test it out for photos however, maybe I’m not a good photographer but my photos don’t look as good. Anyways, this is the best value you can get for that amount you’re paying without purchasing an additional lens.

Great camera. Do some research and you can get some nice quality photos and videos. I use it for mostly live streaming and it’s a game changer from my El Gato MK2. Easy to set up, autofocus is the best part. Need good lighting though. But that’s a given. Purchased another lens for it to help with lighting.
