great ergonomic chair!
The media could not be loaded. Finally pulled the trigger on a nice high end office chair. Personally, I have been searching for a long time for a decent ergonomic mesh office chair that can support my back and neck. As an office manager, my job requires me to sit in the chair for over 4-6 hours period of time. Due to this, I’ve been searching for a nice firm back support chair to ensure I don’t have more back pain by sitting for a long time of period. After a long search, I have decided to give this expensive chair a shot. Item did arrived within 48 hours after purchase. It is very well packed. The entire assembly only takes me about 15 mins. You do not need to have extra tool as it all included within the purchase. After a good week of usages, I would love to point out some of the cons n pros for this product.Pro- mesh material which can reduce body heats during hot weather and not get too cold during winter Neck support/ back support provided a great comfort feeling that allows you to sit longer if needed Adjustment for lean back, up n down, lock functions which give you more personal preference Super easy installation, that allows not handy buyer like myself to put item together with no issuesCons- pricey. This chair is a bit expensive compared to other ergonomic style office chair Color- it only has black color. I wish there is other color options such as whiteI hope my product review would help you on search your ideal office chair! Have a good day.

Excellent quality materials, but poor design lets it down
So I got this chair for nearly $100 off because the box was damaged, and after a month of it just never showing up, they finally contacted me asking if I actually wanted it, because their warehouse had evidently lost my order. They gave me an additional $20 for the issue, and it arrived a month after that.but even for that price, I was rather disappointed. The materials are great, it feels very sturdy with nice wheels, a metal leg set and thick plastic pieces. But the design is terrible. Ideally you should be supported by the taut mesh areas, but in a few key areas like the middle of the back, it's not suspended, so there's a hard bar you actually rest against. If not adjusted just right, the headrest does the same thing. They have foam in areas they PLANNED for this (the front of the chair, the top of the lumbar, not that it helps because it's level with the plastic bar that digs into your back), but it's only in a couple places. But the single most annoying thing is the lumbar support. If you actually apply any pressure to it (by leaning back/sitting further back than the center) the clip that holds it in place slips, and slams into your back. Not particularly painful, but takes about 30 minutes to disassemble the chair to clip it back in because it's all under tension. At first this wasn't an issue, it worked fine for the first month. But now it does it twice daily even when just leaning back, and it doesn't even fit right anymore.I was hoping to get a MUCH better chair for the price, but it just falls flat, and had I known, I would've just gotten a cheaper chair, as I've only had this one for 3 months and I'm already thinking of replacing it.Update 3 years later: The chair is still around, but I had to replace the wheels as they are cheap plastic and broke off. The lumbar support piece slips CONSTANTLY, so I don't even keep the bolt in it anymore so I can pull it off and reseat it properly in a couple minutes vs an hour. And now, the pin that locks the back in a certain position will randomly slip with a loud bang, sending me back. It will then relock into whatever position it feels like. Pulling the bar out and pushing it back in regularly stops this for the most part, but it's incredibly annoying. Honestly wish I had returned the chair in the very beginning when I had the chance.

Sufferer from chronic pain and seat works for me
I've been searching for a mesh chair that actually supports your back. I came from a Duramont mesh-back chair (1 of many identical chairs on Amazon) which left a lot to be desired.Overall I am happy with this Komene chair (actually made by CoolRisen).~The Pros~+ The mesh used conforms to your body. It hugs you and supports you. Finding a mesh chair that does this is surprisingly hard.+ Perfect size for me, as I am ~125 lb and 5'9". Seat and back are for normal/low BMI.+ Seat is also the same mesh used on the back. No butt pain to report.+ Headrest is solid/not wobbly.~The Cons~- Headrest isn't really a headrest in my opinion. At its highest, and at any angle, it's never possible to lean my head on...unless I lean on my neck and look at the ceiling. This applies when recline too.- The back is two separate frames connected together. The problem with this is there is the plastic framing right behind it keeping it all together. When sitting my spine sometimes makes contact with the hard plastic behind causing pain. On the bottom-half frame at the top they have a firm foam to prevent you from hitting the hard plastic. On the bottom of the top-frame there is no foam. I need to purchase foam and adhere it there to prevent this. They need to seriously consider adding another foam strip.- Per description the chair locks in certain spots when reclining~Others~* No comment on arm rests as I am not using them.* The website the sticker tells you to go to to extend the warranty for free is not set up completely. This is normally a red flag for me.I suffer from a myriad of problems relating to idiopathic spinal syringomyelia from birth in T4-T5. My pain is due to inflammation, nerve damage, spasticity, and other conditions like fibromyalgia/chrinic regional pain syndrome. Both comfort and support are imperative for me, and I have no pain with this chair which is a good sign.
