Es muy divertido y a la vez que haces deporte te divierte. Lo recomiendo mucho. Y en casa lo puedes colgar, la altura puede ser 270, entre más altura y agarré fuerte para colgar el bangee f... más puedes esforzarse subir la potencia de tu entreno.

After neck surgery running is pretty much impossible. This is so low impact but really packs a physical punch. Great workout for someone who can't do it all.
