1 scoop per cup of dry cat food?

I actually find it easier to add this to my cat's wet food than dry food. But yes, one scoop is the recommended dose. I will even mix it into water before adding it to their wet food. If your cat(s) won't eat wet food maybe add this to a little water and pour it over the kibble to make sure they get as much of it as possible. Best of luck! This has been a great product for my cats.

Is the flavor the same as the probiotics from the same brand that is discontinued? My cat only eats when I sprinkled that on her food

Hello! Technically yes and technically no. Both share the Chicken liver powder. However, our Lysine formula would NOT be a good replacement for the Probiotic as it's intended use is for something very different than how probiotics support health. The probiotics also included brewer's yeast and cat nip where the Lysine does not. The Lysine is also in a very potent amount of Lysine per scoop to best support the cats that need it's support and should not be used as a flavor enhancer or meal topper for food. Additionally, we have not discontinued our Pre+Probiotic for Cats. It's simply out of stock and we are working very hard to bring it back into stock as quickly as possible.
