I really liked this hair dye shampoo. It’s very easy to apply, just like a regular shampoo, and it saves a lot of time compared to traditional dyes. Tried for the first time and it left a hue but very subtle left it for 20 minutes and not a big difference probably have to do it several times to see a difference and the bottle isn’t filled to the top. BUT…. I dyed my hair a second time and now it’s red red and it’s really nice love the outcome probably have to order another bottle because I have a lot of hair

This should be a NO STAR Review but you cant continue your review if you dont choose stars. It did not cover my gray. No where in the advertisement does it say you have to buy Black or other VERY DARK COLORS to cover GREY. Where does it tell you...In the directions inside the box. I have light brown hair, I bought light brown. No coverage at all. Dont waste your time and money ☹️

I am giving this a 4 more for the color. Its not just a little red, it is really red. I wish polar brand would use the number system used by salons so that you could be more sure of the color you are going to get if you switch from a salon color to this color. I was using #34 (mahogany) and this color is not even close, it is much more red. I am figuring maybe if I mix it with some brown that I will get the right color. I do like the idea that I can purchase two colors and make my own combination. I would love to know if someone has already developed something like 1 squirt dark wine + 2 squirts medium brown =????? It is easy to use, just be sure to run water over dispenser after use so that it doesn't get a dry clog and then shake before use. I do have some obstinate hairs and so I do leave in for 15 minutes. I do personally like how the color fades as the roots grow in and I don't feel like I do have to regularly color and I kind of like the balayage look.

This is a great product. I would purchase this item again. Product is very easy to use.
