Review: If you've never tried HU chocolates late, this is a great way to introduce yourself. It's REALLY good! Our favorite was the cashew butter and raspberry; the least favorite was salted. But there are so many choices! Vanilla crispies, mint, almond butter, etc. They're all tasty and smooth in the mouth. These are big bars. My husband and I shared them all and each was enough for us, and another person too! They break apart nicely on the molded lines, so everyone gets their fair share - important with multiple siblings or covetous adult chocolate lovers! ๐ Review: I have heard about this chocolate for over a year. Everyone is talking about it and many stores started to sell the brand. I wanted to know what the whole deal was, that's why I bought it. I never spend so much money on chocolate that is sold in such small quantities. I have tried many different kinds of gormet chocolates over the years and this one is okay. I won't say it has no flavor, but I had similar flavors from different brands for less money. I don't know if I would pay $5 a chocolate bar that's this small, but it taste good. The ingredients is what you really pay for because this chocolate is vegan. I calculated that if I will try buying in bulk and buy similar ingredients to make my own vegan chocolate blend with coconut sugar, it would cost about the same I payed. I would pay maybe $3.50 a bar or have a bigger size bar for this human chocolate. On the other hand, I was at a Ralph's and the chocolate section had a vegan gormet tiny chocolate bar with similar ingredients, even smaller than this one for $7 and that's a Ralph's store! I was shocked!

I never leave reviews. However, for THIS chocolate, I cannot help but to shout wherever I can how AMAZING this is. Not only is this a great company using QUALITY ingredients I can feel good about putting in my body, but this chocolate is spectacular. I will probably never be able to enjoy any other chocolate now, but I am ok with that. Is it a bit pricey? Yeah, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. It is worth every penny, and then some. So far, the salty dark is my favorite...one of the best things I have ever eaten. THANK YOU Hu Kitchen!

If you want cheap chocolate, this isn't for you. This isn't Hershey's. This is high end chocolate and there is a cost for that. I have recently developed a love for dark chocolate but trying to keep my weight under control (this is 180 calories for 1/2 bar with only 8g of sugar). This is absolutely the best flavored dark chocolate I have tried and it is "sugar free" (uses coconut sugar - no sugar alcohols, maltitol and all that junk that makes you run for the bathroom and tastes horrible). For those special treats this is amazing and I will definitely be buying more once I have run through my variety pack. Thank you Hu for the new chocolate obsession (I say that only half sarcastically because I like it so much).

I've been eating a small amount of unsweetened, 92% cacao dark chocolate every day for the past couple of years, mainly for its health benefits. Hu is extraordinarily high quality and very delicious. My only wish is that the cacao content would have been more prominently displayed - I mistakenly assumed it would be higher than 70%. I take responsibility for this mistaken assumption, of course. You can find the cacao percentage if you really look for it, so it's not like Hu is hiding it or anything.
