This has been the most effective outdoor and indoor bug killer. I have had it for 5 months. Applied it with an old garden hose based bug killer dispenser. It mixes well and is very economical and worth the price compared with the premixed insecticide. It is March now and the usual ants and other garden bugs are noticeably missing. I don't see them crawling on the deck. I don't see new fire ant mounds as well. Inside I used it diluted with water in a spray bottle to spray the base or trim boards near windows and in the bathroom. There's a mild smell on the liquid but I can't smell it after it is sprayed and it is dry. I'm able to use the remaining mix in the spray bottle several weeks or months later. The effectiveness inside is long lasting. Occasionally I find a large roach on its back in a corner of the bathroom getting ready to die if it's not already dead. I presume that the roach found its way up the drain and crawled over some already dried application. I didn't notice mosquitoes or other biting bugs inside the house, in the garage or outside in the yard so far. We have had rainy days and we have left unscreened doors open. I suspect mosquitoes and other biting bugs are migrating from nearby areas however it seems they likely landed and picked up some bifenthrin on the leaves of treated bushes and near the fence and don't check in near the house.

Bifin works great for many tree pests. I use it for bag worms and oak mites. Have to spray, this is not a systemic.
