Note to how to use it : 1 : wash it good . 2: make sure youre in the ovulation time . 3 :try it 2 days before ovulation during and 2 days after it 4: after sex hold on men dont take out fast ! 5 : insert the cup and keep it for long as you can at least 1 hour . 6 : watch your monthly thing ( women) 7 : buy a pregnancy test .
