After a year of trying, I got pregnant in the very first month of using it. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and gave me a lot of hope during a stressful time. I truly believe it helped keep sperm close to the cervix, making conception much easier. I’m so grateful I found this product and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to conceive naturally.

After trying for 8 cycles, I’m really hoping to come back and update this review with a BFP 🤞—but in the meantime, I wanted to share my experience with the Frida Fertility Conception Aid Cup. I actually started using this after my GYN recommended it during my annual visit. My cycles have been long and irregular since coming off a hormonal IUD after 6 years, so we were open to trying something simple and supportive before moving on to more advanced options. I’ll be honest—some of the reviews about it being difficult to remove initially made me nervous (I was fully picturing an ER visit 😅). But after using it a couple of times, it really wasn’t bad at all. What worked best for me was gently pulling on the tail, then using a finger to break the seal before squeezing and removing it. Trying to just pinch and pull didn’t feel like it broke the suction properly, so I definitely recommend practicing before you actually need to rely on it. Once you figure out your method, it’s very manageable. Insertion was surprisingly easy. I found it helpful to locate my cervix first, then guide the cup into place and kind of “position” it around that area before pushing up the edges. I left it in for about an hour and honestly didn’t feel it at all—my tampons are more noticeable than this was. I sterilized it by boiling before the first use as recommended, and since then I’ve just been washing it with soap and storing it in the bag it comes with. I’ll likely boil it again before my next cycle just to be safe. A few practical notes: You definitely don’t need to be an acrobat to use this Short nails are your friend here (trust me 😬) The material is soft, flexible, and feels durable—no warping after boiling or repeated use One thing I really liked is that it seemed to do exactly what it’s intended to do—keep everything in place. I noticed way less leakage afterward, which felt reassuring during the process. So, I would rate it an A+ for effectiveness! For the price, this is easily one of the most affordable fertility-support tools out there, so it felt like a no-brainer to try before investing in more expensive tracking devices or treatments. My GYN also mentioned that many of their patients have had success using it, which gave me a lot of hope. After experiencing a chemical pregnancy earlier this year, I’m still cautiously optimistic—but I’m really glad we added this into our routine. Fingers crossed this is our cycle 🤍
