I always lose the balls to my earrings while trying to twist them on and bought this to help. The ball only slips and slides around inside the grabber and does not help at all with securing the jewelry. Unfortunately, I had to return.

Decent price, not a lot of stainless pickup tool options on Amazon. This one will hold decent sized parts, and won’t break the bank.
