Good taste, heat, good quality and size of the package. I use it on everything like pizza, pasta, soup, whatever. Good stuff, will buy again.

I love this product so much. It’s great for anything you want to spice up. I use it on a variety of oriental dishes and anything else. It’s hot but not so hot you can’t eat it and you still taste the other food flavors in your dish. Also because it’s flaked, you can use as much or as little as you want. I highly recommend.

I was hoping for flakes but this is about 80% ground and the rest is fairly small flakes. The product is very fresh but not sure if I can use it for it's intended purpose. It looks and smells like a quality product and I will no doubt find a use for it.

These chili flakes were amazing in my homemade chili oil. I have also used in Chili Crisp recipes. The spices are fresh and nicely packaged

This is too expensive for the product, and it was the best price I could find on Amazon. Like many items since Amazon started to prefer ads/sponsored listings and ad revenue over accurate search results, the higher prices items and sellers have edged out the bargains. We are paying higher prices because of Amazon's ad sales, and it's much harder to find similar items than it was in the past. I knew I was overpaying, but I didn't have the time to patronize my local Asian grocer before I needed the proper flakes so I just held my nose and paid the price. Commentary and price complaints aside, the quality of these Sichuan red pepper flakes is high enough, and they are spicy enough for most uses. If you want to overpay for a spice that you will use in fairly large quantities when making Chinese food, you could do worse. Having lived in China, including some time in Sichuan, I can tell you that no rational Chinese person would pay such high prices for such a basic item. Until prices come down a bit, I will just buy from a local Asian store, where the quality and spiciness might not be as high, but the prices are less than 1/3 of what I paid here.
