I bought this as I get sun stroke easily and I was attending Download Rock Festival in England. I got burnt one time before. Anyone who has attended Download knows it’s a very dusty/dirty place. This hat was fab. Maybe not the most fashionable but it protected me in every way I needed. It came home very dirty. I took a bar of Vanish and rubbed it on the sweat marks, the sun cream and other stains 🙄 washed it at 30c thinking ‘let see if it survives the wash’. But no the photo above is it now after the wash, it looks perfect. I recommend this hat. Well worth the money. I loved the fact it has 2 ways to tighten around the head, my mate had pleats and she was able to adjust it. I did get heat stroke but out the 3 of us who all used Factor 50 sun screen and tried to stay in the shade I did not get sun stroke like the other 2 and I believe this hat is the reason.

I bought this hat to protect my neck from the sun when i'm working in the garden. It will certainly not win any fashion prizes but it seems to do the job. The brim is larger than i expected but this actually helps to protect my face from the sun too. It is adjustable so i have been able to ensure a good fit and it doesn't blow off in the wind. Overall quite happy with the purchase

Certainly not a fashion item, to wear about in public! But if it saves me getting sunburn then it will be worth it.

This hat covers just about everything that needs covering, head, ears and all round the back of the neck. Despite having so much fabric it is very lightweight and weighs less than any of my ordinary hiking hats. It folds quite small too.

Good sun protection and comfortable. Easy to adjust. Perfect for fishing. Material does seem thin but I’m sure it will be fine.

The photo is hilarious, my son informed me I look like Mother Teresa on Safari! My hairdresser said my neck was getting "a touch of the sun" apart from the colour which I chose just for me, this does the job perfectly, large brim/peak/whatever shades my face and the ?veil stops my neck getting any more sunburned.

So we'll-designed, I can put it on with one hand. Good size adjustment, soft, and lightweight.

Bought this for my hubby who’s had skin cancer requiring head and face protection.Fits perfectly, nice protruding bill to protect his face, the cap has vents allowing it to not get hot while protecting his head. He uses the draw string to cinch it when we walk at night as we’ve got amazing trade winds here on Maui. He also uses it in our pool to protect both face and head and it washes wonderfully.

Durch den Gumizug kann der Hut gut an die Kopfform angepasst werden. Reinigung: ab in die Waschmaschine bei 30 ° C - aber nicht in den Trockner. Bei mittlerer Hitze etwas aufbügeln und er ist wieder wie neu! Empfehlenswert!
