Why did you choose this product over others?: Great pair of gardening gloves, comfortable and fit for purpose. Bought as a Father’s Day gift so no information to add at the moment. Great value for money. Functionality: All purpose gloves with protection and not too bulky.

These gloves are excellent and hard wearing. I took them with me to pick olives in Sicily. I was in trees taking olives off the branches, clearing overhanging branches and handling a number of tools. I was digging around in the dirt and laying down nets and my hands were completely fine. They protected my hands and the gel polish I stupidly had before going out to pick olives and my reason for needing gloves. They are not bulky and on the couple of occasions work contacted me I was able to use a mobile without taking them off. I would thoroughly recommend them. I am going to buy a pair for use in the UK.

I have mixed feelings about these gloves. Pros: They're soft and very comfortable and do seem thorn proof so far. Cons: I followed the measurement guide and got the biggest size and they do fit across the knuckles well but they feel an inch too short. They do have a bit of elastic across the top which looks like it's intended to be a wrist band but on me, it's nowhere near my wrist. As a result of this, they've fallen off or pulled off my hands on occasions. Overall they are useful though for light gardening jobs I would say..

A well made pair of gloves that are a very good fit. Very comfortable to wear when working out in the garden and give good protection from thorns and stinging plants so an ideal thickness of leather.

Very comfortable to wear, which is a nice change for gardening gloves. Also not too stiff and inflexible like normal gloves, I can almost retain all hand motion while wearing them and they're comfortable enough that I can get used to them quickly. Definitely appreciate that. They're hard wearing, but there's a slight issue with the design. They're only leather / hard treated at the palms and underside of the fingers, not along the sides of the fingers or the back hand. The back of your hand is fine but the sides of the fingers presents a pretty big problem - stuff can still penetrate through if you're unlucky or careless. I had a big patch of nettles and brambles to remove for a family friend, and it served as an excellent first trial test for these new gloves, and for the most part they worked well - but after a few moments of use, I felt stinging through the gloves on the sides of my fingers and between them. Also got pricked a few times by the brambles I was removing as well. That's a problem - they're not suitable for aggressively removing problems from your garden, then. Great for general potting about and keeping your hands protected in general from general gardening, bugs other nasties, but shouldn't be used for removing things like stinging nettles and brambles.

Appear to be good quality and fitting glove ,but wore out after 3 months!

I got these when I needed to put new rope on the scratching posts for my cat tree. These protected my hands from getting slivers of rope in my hands and fingers and they also kept my fingers from getting burned from the hot glue. They fit great and they are sturdy enough to do the scratching post project. They are flexible, comfortable and worked well at protecting my hands. I might be able to use them 1 more time for the cat tree project. If not, no big deal. They took quite a beating and are definitely worth what I paid for them. I will definitely purchase them again if I need my hands protected for a project like that again.

Bonne qualité, beaux et confortables

I bought these last fall but didn't review until Spring when serious weed pulling season starts. These are thin but sturdy. The thinness makes them agile enough to pull the smallest of weeds. I spent a couple house today pulling clumps of grass and assorted weeds out of a flower bed covered with large river rock. They didn't tear or fray after "clawing" away stones to get to the base of weeds. They were comfortable and really protected my skin and knuckles while weeding in the rocks. I'm happy with my purchase and actually surprised at the quality of materials given the reasonable price.
