Barebells a bar
they have very low sugar high protein. they taste like a candy bar. substantial to make you full for a couple hours. only concern cant read all the ingredients on the label. So there is some funky stuff in there to make them so yummy. Like the Carmel one also.

There are a lot of protein bars out there that have a terrible after taste. Not these. Both my wife and daughter eat these, and are very happy with the taste, the convenience of a bar (versus a drink).
