お安くなっていたので購入。2台目です。デザインも使い心地も良いと思います。これからコーヒーを始める方には良いとおもいます。

2010年5月に購入して15年近く使用しています。 2杯用としてちょうど良く、淹れ方に合わせて細かさを調整できるし、大活躍しています。 分解できるし、洗えるし、細部にこだわりを感じます。 あえてマイナス点をつけるとすれば、3杯以上ひこうと思う時は粉受けから一度取り出さないと満杯になってしまう事くらいでしょうか。 ずっと使っていた経年劣化によるものか、豆の粗さの均一性が若干落ちたような所があります。まぁ15年もてば満足です。

【結論】 コーヒー豆を自分で挽いてみたい人の最初の一台として、とても良い手挽きミルだと思います。 電動ミルのように一瞬で大量に挽く道具ではありません。 その代わり、豆を入れ、ハンドルを回し、香りが立ってくる時間まで楽しめます。 コーヒーをただ飲むだけでなく、「淹れる前の時間」も味わいたい人には、かなり満足度の高い商品です。 【買う前】 コーヒー豆は、挽いた粉を買えば楽です。 ただ、粉にした瞬間から香りは少しずつ抜けていきます。 豆のまま保存して、飲む直前に挽く。 それだけで、コーヒーの楽しみ方はかなり変わります。 とはいえ、いきなり高価な電動グラインダーを買うのは少し大げさです。 まずは手頃な価格で、豆を挽く楽しさを知りたい。 そういう人には、このHARIOのセラミックスリムはかなり良い入口だと思います。 【使ってみて】 手挽きなので、もちろん多少の手間はあります。 でも、その手間が悪くありません。 ハンドルを回すと、豆が少しずつ砕かれて、コーヒーの香りがふわっと上がってきます。 この時点で、すでにちょっと楽しいです。 朝の一杯なら、眠気を覚ましながら豆を挽く。 休日なら、ゆっくり時間を使って挽く。 電動の速さとは違う、手作業の良さがあります。 【良かった点】 スリムで場所を取りにくいのが良いです。 キッチンに置いても邪魔になりにくく、ハンドルを外せば収納もしやすいです。 透明な本体なので、挽いた粉の量も見えやすいです。 容量はコーヒー豆24gほどなので、1〜2杯分を挽くにはちょうど良いサイズです。 一人分、または二人分をその都度挽く使い方に向いています。 セラミック臼なので金属臭が出にくく、錆びにくい点も安心です。 臼を洗えるのも良いです。 コーヒー器具は、長く使うほど細かい粉や油分が気になります。 分解して手入れできる構造なのは、かなり実用的だと思います。 【挽き目について】 粗さを調整できるので、ペーパードリップ、フレンチプレス、細かめの抽出など、自分の好みに寄せられます。 最初は少し試行錯誤が必要です。 でも、それも含めてコーヒーの面白さです。 同じ豆でも、挽き目が変わると味の出方が変わります。 濃く出る。 すっきり出る。 苦味が強くなる。 香りが立ちやすくなる。 この違いを自分で試せるのが、手挽きミルの良さだと思います。 【注意点】 大量に挽く人には向きません。 毎日何杯分もまとめて挽きたい人、家族全員分を一気に用意したい人、時短を最優先する人は、電動ミルの方が合うと思います。 また、手で挽く以上、力と時間は少しかかります。 特に細かめに挽く時や、硬めの豆を挽く時はそれなりに回す必要があります。 ただ、一杯分を丁寧に挽く用途なら、私は十分許容範囲だと思います。 【総評】 このミルは、速さを求める道具ではありません。 豆を挽く時間まで含めて、コーヒーを楽しむための道具です。 ・スリムで扱いやすい。 ・1〜2杯分にちょうど良い。 ・挽き目を調整できる。 ・セラミック臼で錆びにくい。 ・分解して手入れできる。 価格と使いやすさのバランスも良く、初めての手挽きミルとしてかなり完成度が高いと思います。 粉のコーヒーから、豆を挽くコーヒーへ。 その一歩目として、とても良い商品です。 なくなったら困る道具になりました。

豆を手軽にひけるので重宝していました。 手洗いができますが、コーヒーの色がついてしまったり豆の皮が挟まったりするので、気になる方にはおすすめできないかもです。

I use it to make coffee every morning. It has a pretty good design and doesn’t take too long to grind enough coffee for my moka pot. My moka pot uses around 17–20g of ground coffee, and this grinder can grind more than 25g, so it’s more than enough to make about 4 cups of espresso with a moka pot. It also has adjustable settings to change the grind size. You can actually take all the parts apart and wash them properly, which is really convenient.

手で回すのが割と重いですが、手頃な値段と大きさで、旅行にも持っていけるので気に入ってます。掃除用のブラシが同梱されてたら尚良かったです。

コスパ良きです。お手入れも簡単で使いやすいのでおすすめです。お気に入りで毎日使ってます。

電動ミルの方が楽なんだけど、手で回してゴリゴリと豆を粉にする感触を楽しみながらコーヒーを作るのは楽しい。 今回一者に買った水出しポットとの相性も最高。 良い買い物をした。まあ、手間なのは確かなので星四つ。

Excellent product. Works perfectly and easy to use.

I deliberately delayed this review for a few weeks so I could give a view from some experience. I enjoy good coffee, but top quality equipment like grinders and espresso machines are expensive pieces of kit. I had been using a cheap burr grinder but the grind was coarse and uneven. The Hario was a revelation. The quality of the build seems good, the plastic parts seem good quality and will hopefully last a while, and when they eventually do wear out replacing the mill won't break the bank. It's easy to adjust the grind and I can get a nice even moderately fine grind for my Aeropress if I tighten the adjuster nut until it's locked, and dial back 3 or 4 clicks - that reliably gives me the grind I want. The finer you grind, the longer it takes, it takes me about as long to grind enough beans for one cup of coffee as it does for the kettle to boil. I've been meaning to have a go to see if it will grind fine enough for a Turkish coffee, but haven't got round to it yet. The handle is comfortable in the hand and easy to turn, and it's much quieter than an electric grinder, I can get up early and brew up and not wake anybody. The mill is easy to strip down and reassemble for cleaning, you just need to take note of the order of the parts, although it's mostly pretty obvious. There's something rather satisfying about grinding coffee beans by hand as well - part of the joy of brewing coffee for me is the ritual, and this is a little bit more ritual. The Hario is not the answer if you're brewing up a big batch of coffee for guests or a dinner party, but for making a coffee for one or two it's just the job. I'm very pleased with it.

Used to owned a javapresse burr grinder bought from amazon US, but it gave problems where the ceramic burr detached from the metal body over time, and unable to grind. Got a replacement and same issue happen after some time. But using Hario this Japanese brand, based on the design it won't happen for this grinder. Been with me for 1 year now and so far so good.

Die Kaffeemühle ist sehr kompakt, nimmt gar keinen Platz weg bzw. stört nicht wenn man sie in die Küche aufstellt. Ich benutze die Kaffeemühle hauptsächlich für die Senseo-Classicmaschine mit Xavax 00111056 Kaffeefilter "Coffeeduck" (siehe meine Rezension dort) und kann nur sagen : Hoch zufrieden! Da wir 2 Personen Haushalt sind, ist diese Kaffeemühle super geeignet. Mit einer maximalen Menge von ca. 18 g (laut Hersteller) ist die Kaffeemenge absolut ausreichend für die Zubereitung von 2 großen Tassen jeden Morgen. Der Mahlgrad ist absolut zufriedenstellend. Bei drittfeinster Einstellung mahlt die Mühle den richtigen Mahlgrad für unser Bedürfnis. Diesen Mahlgrad habe ich sogar mit unserer Nespressomaschine ausprobiert. Abhänging von Kaffebohnen und Mahlgradeinstellung kann man mit befüllbarer Kapsel von Capsul'in (siehe auch meine Rezension dort) sehr gute Lungokaffee machen. Wegen unterschiedlichen Kaffebhohnen will bzw. darf ich hier nicht den Geschmack vergleichen, optisch kommt es aber tatsächlich Lungokaffee mit toller Crema a la Nespresso raus. Fazit: Top : 1. Kompakt und zeitloses Design 2. Gute Mahlgradeinstellung und vorallem reproduzierbar (dank an P. Will's Rezension) : beinah für jede Kaffeemaschine (von Filter- bis zum Siebträgermaschine) 3. Keramikmahlwerk 4. Günstiger Preis. Da ich nicht so viel Geld für eine Kaffeemühle ausgeben möchte - welche für alle Kaffemaschine geeignet ist - finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier absolut top. Unpraktisch : 1. Nur bis zum 18 g Kaffeepulver 2. Der Durchmesser von dem Auffangbehälter ist recht klein. Da passt nur ein Teelöffel rein. 3. Es ist eine Handmühle, je feiner die Einstellung ist umso länger braucht man. Bei mir mit drittfeinste Einstellung brauche ich ca. 2 Min für die maximale Menge. Da ich aber vorher schon weiß worauf ich mich einlasse, sage ich nur eins : ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!
