This product is a reasonable substitute, for fresh garlic, especially for smaller dishes, that require only a hint of garlic without all the hassle and too much garlic taste.

I first used this when I’d run out of fresh garlic. I’ve always not liked garlic seasoning in a jar. This changed my mind!

I was expecting to be blown away by the flavor of this garlic since I like so many of Frontier's other products, but this garlic is merely above average and not outstanding. I actually taste-tested this garlic with a less expensive organic garlic from a well-known mass retailer; their garlic had more flavor and won hands down.I have used this entire bottle and will probably try this garlic again on the chance the bottle I received was just a fluke. I've never been disappointed by Frontier until now.

If you want that garlic taste without biting into a hunk of garlic than this is your choice. It's better than garlic salt or powder because the flavor is more intense and you don't have that chunk of garlic taste. Love this stuff.

It is hard to say this is more than okay. It is zest basically. It works.

I keep ordering it because it's terrific --texture, taste, etc.

This seems to be a step above the old garlic powders. I’m starting to buy all my spices from this company. A lil expensive but worth it
