Good product. Code worked well. Pricey, but necessary.

I received text this book is arrived and it’s ready to pick up at my address. Unfortunately it’s not and I could not do my homand study.

Why have hard cover and paperback, which refers to a book, if you do not provide books. Neither refer to an e-book.
