These pads are of high quality. No odor, easily attaches to panties(and reposition, as necessary) and hold quite a bit of urine.

Bought these for my mother

These worked great for me postpartum. Very comfortable and absorbable

The stretchy side panels are nice. Soft and don’t scratch or irritate. Amount of liquid they can control is as advertised. Great help in keeping her clothing, bed, and chair dry. We use #6 at night.

They’d be great if they would have flab’s on each side to help with bladder leaks. They are too long. I feel like im on one of those banana seats on kids bicycles, then they start moving backwards.

Always Discreet makes excellent products, however the scent included in these pads is a bit overwhelming. If it were not for the scent I would give it five stars.

Wasn't sure how they would be. I usually use heavier panty liners when I feel the need to wear them but they often get bunched up or stop sticking to my underwear on warmer days when the inevitable sweat happens. Today was a little warm out and no bunching or unsticking. These are long which I like. They are a little thick but it's to be expected for the kind I bought. Sometimes I have leakage depending on different the situation unfortunately do to a medical issue and after wearing this all day it stayed dry and no odors from it. I probably could buy the next 2 numbers down on the level, 5 is more if you have constant leakage through the day. 3 would be enough for it happening occasionally. Great product!
