Does anyone have trouble with balance poses on this mat?

No. IT helped me a lot with my poses because I have a better grip it’s the first mat that doesn’t let me slip. It’s way thicker than my other mats too.

Is the bone pattern bottom more durable?

I’ve found it to be pretty durable. I use the mat several times a week and haven’t had any issues.
