Underberg. What can I say about Underberg? It's a strong taste, for sure. I have to laugh at "bros" who do shots of Jagermeister as a dare. Jagermeister has nothing on Underberg. But Underberg, like Jagermeister properly, is a digestif. One drinks it after a heavy meal. The ingredients help with digestion and settle the stomach. Underberg is not a drink to challenge your friends. It does not come in large bottles. That's why I bought a case of the single-dose bottles, because that's the way it comes, and that's the way it is meant to be used. Smallflower, the vendor, is where I get my Underberg. I've bought countless products from Smallflower, both via Amazon and on their own website, and can recommend them as a company. And I can recommend Underberg, the German after-dinner elixir, by the bottle and by the case.

These are a lifesaver! Ideal for an upset or sour stomach, or when you just eat too much. Taste is similar to Jaegermeister.

We've been long term Underberg fans and always keep them stocked in the fridge (our favorite way to consume them is cold). Our local store only stocks the 3-packs so this 120-pack is the way to go for price so that we can hand them out to friends after dinner!

I swear by Underberg and have turned many of my friends and dinner guests on to them. I currently can't find a better per-bottle price on them than this 10x12 pack. (I won't mention how many 120-bottle boxes we've gone through so far . . .)

I'm really not sure on the legal status of Underbergs as an alcoholic beverage or not, because it contains a high proportion of alcohol. But you can get it in bulk which is the best price I've seen, good for parties I guess.

This is working for me! It was recommended to me by an integrative medicine dietitian to deal with a particular surgery-induced digestive issue. At first I thought Whaaaat? Drink bitters? But I tried it, 10-15 minutes before each meal and, along with a certain supplement, I'm having a much easier time. (Apparently it is traditionally consumed after a meal but I'm following specific RD instructions.) I first tried this with a small 12-bottle pack. It's worked so well, I got the big box of 12 12-bottle packs. So I'm very grateful to have discovered this. After 3 long years I've finally found relief! (And yes, I'm saving all the little bottle caps for one of those pretty long stemmed glasses!)

I try not to gorge myself at meals, but sometimes it just happens. Underberg really does help after a big meal. It's a unique taste that you don't want to sit around sipping, but is really refreshing. I only wish it were sold locally.

I am German and love, love, love this product. I buy in big quantities and share with all my family. I put it on the Thanksgiving & Christmas tables at each place setting to help everyone after a large meal. Everyone young and old loves it. The only problem is that after a few hours you are ready to eat again, so you will consume more calories during the holidays LOL.
