First off, these poles genuinely help me walk greater distances and with much more stability. I have severe back issues so I wanted to try these to be a little more mobile and active. They are far superior to any cane, walker, or crutch in regards to stability and posture.You can keep a much better upright walking posture compared to a cane or walker. I'm happy I made the purchase. They are also light weight, durable, and sturdy. Overall they have genuinely been a blessing.The cork handles are a harder composite compared to raw cork handles on a fishing pole. They have held up very well over the many hours and months of use. If used correctly, the cork grips are not meant to be held tightly at all, but rather allowing the wrist straps to distribute the weight and do the work of holding the poles for you.Next is the rubber gripes (that are removable) can be a little slick on tile or other smooth surfaces, but that's with most rubber tips. They do very well outdoors or on any semi-rough surface. Again, the rubber tips can be removed for even more grip on a variety of outdoor surfaces.I think it is important to note that the customer service has been fantastic. I have and used these poles for over a year, so this is not a review based on a one-and-done use or experience.I highly recommend them and would definitely buy them again.Hope this helps others.

These walking sticks are light weight and have nice ergonomic hand grips. Components appear to be high quality; beautiful color. One issue I’ve had is the wrist straps are a hassle to use with heavy gloves and the adjustable strap isn’t quick and easy.

The are exceptionally well made. One piece, great grips and perfect length based on height measurements. Very detailed instructions for use included. Could not be more pleased. Improved stance.

They improved my walking posture and strengthened my arms.

They are extremely light and a big upgrade from my trekking poles that I was previously using for Nordic Walking. You can really roll with these.

They are absolutely amazing!!

While these are ny first Nordic poles and were a seller upgrade after mail delay, I love the lightweight quality of these poles. I would highly recommend. No vibration from these poles.
