I live in Southern California, where it never snows. But I have to park my car on the corner, and flying pebbles and other debris kicked up by passing trucks have cracked/shattered my back window three times! So Iโm trying out this product. It fit my VW Tiguan perfectly. I hook it around the handles of the back doors. Takes about 30 seconds to put on. I do get some strange looks from passersby so I tell them Iโm preparing for Global Warming.

I have a Ford Maverick, and all of the windshield frost covers are too big. I decided to try this rear window cover because it is smaller. Right to left it is perfect, and top to bottom it is a few inches short, but works. It has already saved me from scraping on several mornings. The cover itself seems like it will last several winters, but I'm not too sure about the elastic straps...time will tell I guess.

FrostGuard Rear Window-Sedan cover: This is my second of these. Not because one wore out at all-these are tough/well made and sturdy! But because I use one of the rears for the roof also and never again will I have to stretch/strain/slide-and-reach over the roof again! I also have the front Windshield Sedan cover. Love both! On quick, then back inside where it is warm. Leaving work? No biggie: One tug and unhook the elastic and I am in the warm car less than one minute with clothes relatively unaffected. I have stitched two snuggish loops of 1" heavy duty black elastic to left and right top of each front windshield cover and rear windshield covers, I put the roof cover on first then attach the front and rear covers. And only when I really think the wind will be whipping blizzard-like will I additionally pull-out/place my roof-length flat-elastic bungies with plastic hooks on each end and run them from the front windshield cover to the back windshield cover (=one bungie down left and right sides of the roof, from front to back). This tightens the tops of the front and rear covers to the glass (less frost leaking behind either), and adds a bit of additional snug to the top rear cover/roof cover to help against the wind. 90 seconds or less and all three are off, or on, easily. I love these!
