Why has the price of this gone up $5. I paid ~$15 a few weeks ago and now it's $20. Why?

Different sellers. Don't buy it until you find it in the price range you are looking for. Stores charge 4.00 for one so I judge whether or not I use Amazon depending on store prices. Amazon is not always cheaper. Sometimes they think you are too lazy to go to the store.
