Active Innovations by Cramer Trigger Finger Solution Size:XL (3"- 3 3/8") The TFS provides a pad over the A-1 pulley to relieve pressure during daily activities without interfering with hand function. It cushions the fat pad at the base of the finger and may completely reverse the trigger finger, making more aggressive treatments unnecessary. The TFS also assists in identifying the cause of the inflammation, which is often handling of certain objects. For size measure finger circumference mid-way between the base of the finger and the PIP joint. Due to anatomical differences or swelling, a larger size may be necessary.

They work. No surgery. No injection.
If you develop ‘triggering’ of your finger or thumb avoid surgery by wearing this neat device 24 hrs. a day for 2 weeks. Triggering goes away.

Just have the surgery and save your time
This thing did nothing to relieve my pain. Is it fair to rate it so low, probably not since I ended up having surgery to resolve my trigger finger. So depending on the price, just get the relief from surgery and skip the pain from shots and high priced items to fix it.

The price for this article was outrageous. About 25 cents worth of fabric and they charge around $20.00 for it.

Product made of poor quality did not stop finger from bending and was wearing out after only two weeks of use.

Too weak for my problem.
This item was not strong enough to help with my problem. I have tried many different iterations of splints but nothing really works so far.

comfortable
it does stop the finger from going down. The 15 size works for me.It could be constucted better. maybe a little stiffer.It is fraying some on the top now.It is worth wearing
