The instructions for this aren't as clear as similar products, but that wasn't much of a problem. However, the part you screw in had a few pieces of metal shrapnel sticking out that needed to be shaved down before it could properly seal. Once that was done, it stayed sealed well and did its job.

This is a beautiful necklace. I bought it as a gift for my friend that just lost her husband. She loves it. The chain is nice and thick and the heart shines perfectly. Had a little hard time trying to get the ashes in just because we had chunks. Make sure that when putting the ash in you have the fine ash not the the thicker parts.

I put my 16-year-old dog down last week and bought this beautiful necklace from Amazon to put part of her ashes in and the threading is broken and I love it but it won’t stay threaded it’s broken. Otherwise… It’s fabulous and precious

Little smaller than I thought it would be but it’s still functional and cute for the price. I think my mom will love it.
