This supplement overall seems to be decent, though $40 for a month-supply is a bit much, if you do take the recommended serving of 4/daily. When I bought them, they cost $69.30 so at least the price is lower now; for now. It says to take 2 after breakfast and another 2 before activity. For max results, take after a meal. Personally, I don’t eat before exercise because it upsets my stomach and causes nausea. The product comes protected and sealed fully. Upon opening the seal, I immediately could smell the tablets. The scent is reminiscent of a kitchen’s spice cupboard; I immediately thought of something like oregano, it is quite off-putting. I tried to read the ingredients list to see if any was included but the print on this bottle is almost impossible to read; it’s so tiny! I’m 39 with perfect vision and am having a hard time with this package. I believe, like with most/all supplements, it takes time to notice results, whether positive or negative. Unfortunately for the price, and honestly the smell, I won’t be purchasing again to continue testing.

I thought I would try this, but it wasn't for me. The tablets are medium size but swallowing about 2 to 4 a day is not pleasant. I understand it takes a while for these to work so I can't say as to whether or not they work as intended. As for price, you could probably find different or similar supplements for less.

But if you’re expecting physical changes from the pills alone, you’ll be disappointed the results come from your own hard work, not the pills.

I bought these for my wife, but she ended up adding them into my supplement lineup. not realizing they were for her. I’ve been taking them for about two weeks without realizing it, and I noticed a big difference in energy, mental clarity, and just feeling great overall. When I asked her about it, she told me she thought they were for me. Even though these are marketed for women, I can honestly say they’ve made a noticeable positive impact for me too.

There are things I do like about this supplement. I am debating whether to rate this as a 3 or 4 stars, and I will explain why. First, it is a made in the USA company, which I really like. The company name and a QR code are on the bottle so you can learn more about the company. However, the label is printed SOOOO small, that I need my reading glasses to read it, and it is still small. The words are printed in white and thus hard to read. The company does not list clearly exactly what it is in item on the site, unfortunately. Had I seen the label, I would not have ordered these simply because the B vitamins are not methylated. I have the MTHFR gene mutation and avoid non methylated b vitamins. That being said, it does contain a nice blend of aminos for muscles, skin boosting ingredients, and hormonal balancing herbs. I just can not take it. Also, when I ordered it the price was like $96 dollars. That is ridiculous. The current price is substantially less than that. I would expect the price point to be around the $30 mark.

Good build quality, easy to swallow, no taste, fine color. Ingredients are beneficial to the body. Easy to swallow. No negative side effects. A supplement won't make you more curvy or change your body shape.
