Unacceptable, try a different brand
Worst laptop I've ever owned. Cons: -Can't edit capcut videos. Wont export. But works in my Mac. -Can't game, Xbox controllers hardly work. -Can't DJ with serato, can't set cue points even with write permissions enabled. But works in my Mac. Pros: You can browse the web and open 100 tabs. When gaming works the fans hardly even spin. This is a 2000 dollar paperweight. Find a more reputable brand.

Beware poor charger cable / port quality
After owning it for only a couple months, the charger is already failing to connect to the port.

Buggy from the git go
Issues during first setup that never resolved. Freezing up, randomly rebooting, anything plugged into any usb port connects, then disconnects, then connects again frequently. Tried solving issues with Gigabyte but was underwhelmed by lackluster customer service.
