I am very much pleased to say that i handles this thing great for a beginner and makes fair cast without any backlash. I picked it up and wow I can cast this real a very long distance and its very smooth. Very nice retrieve as well. This real is very solid and very easy to cast like a pro. I had this mounted to a 6'6 MH rod with fast action tip and it is a great match. 99.00 is not cheap but its a great deal for this real as it feels like a much more expensive reel and performs well also.

Just got this reel in today. Took it out back to our lake to see how it did and I am amazed by it. I usually use abu reels but this reel cast further and is smoother than any of them. I paired it with a 7'2" MH JM Signature rod and 14# fluoro for pitching jigs and it's like butter.It is very easy to use also. I will probably invest in a few more of these. I did buy this on amazon because the stores did not have them yet.

The media could not be loaded.  A friend of mine is on in the fishing club in high school. This is the reel he uses and after I tried it I had to have one too. Very smooth and for me it just feels comfortable in my hand. The handle was nice and big compared to my previous reel (Mettle MT2) and for someone like me with large hands and fingers that is a big deal. Quiet and smooth, my favorite bass fishing reel.

Drag did not work, returned the item.Update, I received a replacement and used it on the ocean. Very smooth and all worked great. Time will tell how long it lasts

I recently purchased this reel and was really surprised with it ,it reel ln just as smoothe as any top of the diawa ,it casts like a bullet to get your lure way out there with very little effort,it is scary how light weight it is yet has the back bone of the older ambass. I would say 2 thumbs up to this reel would recommend without any hesitation keep up the work people at HaiBo

Over 2 year fishing hard throwing big swimbaits it still working great can't ask for more from a 100 dollar reel. Line lays ruff tho

stay away from this product. Mine broke after one use. I tried several times to get in touch with the seller for help with no response. it comes from over seas. spend a couple extra bucks for a reputable product with customer service.
