Just got my topper 30m ago and returning now. Why? Cuz its not new one. How Do I know? Both side of packaging were open and packaged unprofessionally and resulted puffed mattresses. I been searching good topper about a month but this one was my nightmare. Again DO NOT BUY THEM. Especially if you are in UAE

Great Quality Mattress Topper with good support; comfort and warmth in Winter

**WARNING** DO NOT BUY ON AMAZON** I purchased on Amazon, ship and sold by Amazon. The first one I received did NOT come in a sealed bag. It was seran wrapped like a burrito and the mattress topper was exposed. They offered to send me a replacement right away that I would receive in 2 days without having to return the 1st mattress topper, but I still need to return the first mattress topper within 30 days. 2 days later I received the new mattress topper and it was the same way, seran wrapped like a burrito and NOT in a sealed bag. I did not even unwrap or use both toppers and I returned both toppers at the same time a few days later. I order this topper through tempurpedic official website and it came seran wrapped in a SEALED BAG. BUY FROM THE OFFICIAL TEMPURPEDIC WEBSITE. The mattress topper from the official tempurpedic website has a soft plush feel and lets you sink in. I let it expand for 48hrs before using it and it expands to right at 3". It helps out with my back and neck pain. I am a side and back sleeper. I use tempurpedic neck pillow with this topper and it works great together. The topper lets my body sink in just enough to align my spine. The cooling cover works great.

Got my first topper almost 4 years ago. Then it wore out. Caved and bought another one. But the topper cover was torn (I had placed on my bed and unrolled, it wasn’t me). It’s not a big deal, but for spending almost $300, I am not thrilled I got a damaged product.

I have a weird sized camper mattress on my Murphy bed. It is full size, but only 71" long (full is usually 75"). Impossible to find a replacement mattress, this size. I took an old 'memory foam' topper off one of my home beds I bought years ago from Sam's Club. Didn't help much, would wake up with shoulder pain, being a side sleeper. I would also wake up in middle of night sweaty. I was pleasantly surprised this topper was the perfect size for my camper mattress. Width was a bit less than my mattress, less than an inch on either side. Length was perfect match for my short mattress. Would be 4 inches short for a regular full size mattress though, which could be vexing, or not, I don't know. The cooling cover worked great, no night sweating!!! I slept for 4 nights so far on this and had minimal to no shoulder pain. So an improvement. It's not as great as my Tempurpedic mattress at home, but it's as good as this bed is going to get. Oh, the hold down straps. Work great. Especially useful keeping this thing on my mattress when I fold it up, being a Murphy bed. I'd say it is worth the 300 bucks paid.
