The product I received is not what was advertised and also of a sub standard quality. It was missing the scrapper clearly shown in the product images and description, and the pads included were different as well. This does not match the item I intended to purchase. I've uploaded photos showing the difference between what was displayed and what I actually received.

After reading the reviews of multiple products like this one I decided to give this one a try. I'm extremely glad that I did! Great product that I can use my own cleaning solutions in. I like to use essential oil in mine to give my house a nice fresh boost without the chemicals. I don't have any issues with it leaking or any problems with it at all. Easy to use and saves me a lot of time while cleaning.

This product is wonderful! Works great for cleaning my wood floors, you can put any kind of floor cleaner in the container. I love that it has multiple pads to use! Ease of assembly: very easy to assemble
