I drink one cup in the morning and one cup at night. This removes all bloating and gas trapped in your stomach. I drink it with hot water. I havent tried it with milk but it works.

I’m 30 yrs old and my diet is poor, I don’t eat a lot of veggies and fruits so drinking this twice a day makes me feel little bit better. Lol It’s very smooth and fast dissolving, tastes very good on its own, I don’t really like sweet drinks so I just mix it with ice water. Tastes very similar to matcha. I’ve also tried mixing it in my coconut water and that was actually pretty good !

This green juice tastes like matcha. I mix it with yogurt, and no matter what flavor of yogurt I add the powder to, it mixes immediately and has a great taste. This is my second time, and I'll definitely buy it again!

I bought this over ten times. 10 out of 10. Has probiotic and it also tastes good. I blend with milk or soy milk.
