Works on my fan
The pull string broke on our pedestal fan in the barn. Was not sure if this would work or not.Installation was a breeze and the switch works great!

High Quality 4-wire switch
I just received this switch today (11-11-21) and installed it. It arrived in a small resealable bag with instructions and 4 wire nuts. On first impression, it seems well made and sturdy. The wire colors don’t necessarily match - just go by the numbers imprinted on the switch body. It’s a little expensive but Prime free shipping makes it competitively priced.

Over priced piece of junk
This is a piece of junk. Had a electrician install the switch and it didn't work either. So not only out for outrageous price on this switch but also out on the electrician bill. I could have bought a new fan for what it is STILL costing me. Thanks for nothing
